Abandoned dog on a bridge surrenders to the love of his savior
The abandonment of pets is nothing new, although it is known that with the pandemic it increased in several countries, it is not a surprise for anyone to see an abandoned dog, as it happens in this story.

The dog in this story was abandoned on a bridge in Vietnam. His previous owner tied him tightly to the railing with a hose, he had no chance of escaping and the pressure was hurting him. It was necessary to release it as soon as possible.
The bridge was located in a busy area and for this reason it was seen in time by a man who immediately called the authorities to proceed with the rescue. The dog was clearly far from home, alone and disoriented.
I don’t know exactly how long the dog was tied up, but its appearance communicated that it was a home dog, now abandoned; crestfallen and without energy. The sadness in which he was submerged was evident.
Due to his low state of mind and his neck injuries, rescuers had to resort to various strategies to gain the abandoned dog’s trust; so that he would understand that they were not going to hurt him.
That’s when one of the rescuers came over and began to comfort him. The dog was a little elusive at first, but he ended up surrendering to the man’s caresses. They also managed to free the dog, calm it down and give it some treats.
They also gave him food and water to regain strength and the animal’s sadness gradually disappeared. The dog had understood that he was now in hands in which he could trust.
After the rescue, the dog was transferred to a shelter. Upon arrival they performed all the required tests. He only had a neck injury, but thanks to the prompt treatment he received, he is now totally healthy.
Now this dog spends his days enjoying the company of other dogs in the middle of green fields, he loves receiving massages and running through the nature of the shelter. The physical and emotional change in him is remarkable.
Vietnam is a country in which campaigns have been carried out for its inhabitants to stop eating dog meat and, without a doubt, it has been a place where abandonment is also recurrent.
